Acquisition and Integration
ORGANICA Feinchemie GmbH, based in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany, will be integrated into the WeylChem Group of Companies following its acquisition by the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG). The company will operate in the market as WeylChem ORGANICA starting July 1, 2023. CBW, a part of ORGANICA, will focus on contract manufacturing for WeylChem from the same date.
Workforce and Financial Impact
The acquisition will increase the WeylChem Group's workforce by around 150 employees, bringing the total to almost 1,500. Additionally, sales are expected to rise by more than 20 million euros, reaching approximately 730 million euros.
