ORLEN Group is a Central European integrated energy and petrochemicals company headquartered in Poland. The group operates major refining and petrochemical assets in Poland (Płock), the Czech Republic (via ORLEN Unipetrol, including Litvínov and Kralupy), and Lithuania (via ORLEN Lietuva, Mažeikiai), alongside a large regional fuel retail network. Its activities span crude oil refining, petrochemical production, upstream oil and gas, natural gas trading (including LNG), power generation and renewables, and associated logistics.
In chemicals, ORLEN produces base petrochemicals (such as olefins and aromatics), polymers (polyethylene and polypropylene through Basell Orlen Polyolefins, a joint venture with LyondellBasell), PVC and nitrogen fertilizers (via ANWIL), as well as solvents, glycols, and other intermediates for industrial customers across Central and Eastern Europe. The group also manages midstream and distribution infrastructure that supports regional fuel and gas supply.
