Baltic Power Sp. z o.o. is a Polish offshore wind project company focused on the development, construction, and future operation of large-scale wind assets in the Baltic Sea. It is a joint venture between ORLEN, a Polish multi‑energy group, and Northland Power Inc., a Canadian renewable power developer and operator.
The company’s flagship undertaking, the Baltic Power offshore wind farm off Poland’s Baltic coast, is planned for roughly 1.2 GW of installed capacity, together with associated offshore substations, export cables, and an onshore grid connection. The project forms part of Poland’s broader energy transition and grid modernization, engaging a supply chain that spans domestic and international contractors.
