Inbicon Bio-Ethanol Plant, Kalundborg
The plant used 30,000 tons of straw annually to produce bio-ethanol, biofuel, and molasses. It began operations in 2009 but was shut down in 2015. A fermentation protocol was later tested in Skærbæk.
