Total to Invest Over 1 Billion Euros in France for Refining, Petrochemicals, and Solar Energy
The investment will create 1,000 jobs annually from 2009-2011, focus on diesel production, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance solar energy and petrochemical operations without layoffs.
