Production performance
Petrobras' own average production of oil, NGL and natural gas reached a record 3.512 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (MMboed) in 3Q26, 11.7% above the same quarter of last year and 5.3% above 2Q26. Total operated production was 5.08 MMboed and total own pre‑salt production reached 2.96 MMboed. Operational efficiency hit its best level since 4Q18 and the Associated Gas Utilization Index (IUGA) reached a record 98.3%.
Field and FPSO milestones
Twelve new wells entered service in the quarter (six in Campos, six in Santos). The FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão achieved its original design capacity of 180 kbpd and a subsequent peak of 190 kbpd; Sepetiba reached 212 kbpd; Almirante Tamandaré averaged a record 263 kbpd in July. Búzios platforms exported over 11 million m³/d of natural gas on average for the first time. The P‑80 and P‑82 units departed Singapore and are scheduled to start operations in Búzios in 2027.
Refining, logistics and decarbonization
Domestic derivatives sales reached 1,854 kbpd in 3Q26 and exports hit a record 1,251 kbpd. Refinery utilization (FUT) was 99% in the quarter and processed load totaled 1,800 kbpd in 9M26. Petrobras advanced low‑carbon fuel projects: RPBC will host a BioQAV and Renewable Diesel plant (up to 15 kbpd), REDUC delivered 3.8 million litres of SAF via co‑processing and obtained authorization to produce Diesel R with 8.5% renewable content. Logistics and export records included new monthly crude shipment highs, a CTV transfer record (6.6 million barrels in Aug/26) and 101 vessels handled at Suape in Sep/26.
