Vibra Energia S.A., formerly Petrobras Distribuidora S.A., is a Brazilian energy company headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. It distributes petroleum derivatives, fuels, lubricants, and biofuels, operating more than 8,000 service stations nationwide. The company also conducts natural gas distribution and energy commercialization.
Independent since 2021 after separation from Petrobras, Vibra has expanded into renewables, including through the 2025 acquisition of Comerc, which provides 2.2 gigawatts of renewable energy capacity. It participates in the supply chain for sustainable aviation fuels as a marketer.
