Its activities focus on engineering, technical services, and handling of liquid bulk cargoes, supporting energy and biofuels infrastructure projects including a second-generation biofuels complex.

In 2026, the joint venture secured €105 million in project financing from BBVA and Kutxabank for the Muelle Sur development. The terminal is more than 70 percent complete and forms part of broader energy transition initiatives in the region.
