Apical Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based downstream palm oil company and part of the Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) group. It operates refineries, fractionation and storage facilities primarily in Indonesia and China, with renewable fuels assets in Europe. Apical refines crude palm oil and palm kernel oil into edible oils, specialty fats, oleochemicals (such as fatty acids, fatty alcohols and glycerine), and biodiesel, supplying customers in the food, oleochemical, home and personal care, and energy sectors.

The company manages sourcing, logistics and global trading of palm oil and related feedstocks, including waste- and residue-based oils for advanced biofuels. Its integrated operations span processing, terminaling and distribution, and it participates in industry traceability and certification programs. Through its oleochemical and renewable fuels portfolio, Apical is active in the broader chemicals value chain for surfactants, lubricants, intermediates and low-carbon fuels.
