Project Overview

Royal DSM N.V. has announced a de-bottlenecking project for its acrylonitrile (ACN) plant at the Chemelot site in Geleen, the Netherlands. This project aims to increase the plant's capacity by 24,000 tons per year, representing over 10% of the current capacity of 235,000 tons per year. The investment for this project is estimated at EUR 15 million.

Timeline and Availability

The project is scheduled for completion in 2007, with the additional capacity expected to be available starting from the third quarter of 2007.
