KazMunayGas 2025 Trading Update

Hydrocarbon Reserves

As of December 31, 2025, KazMunayGas's proven and probable hydrocarbon reserves (2P) remained stable at 724 million tonnes of oil equivalent, with a 100% production replacement ratio.

Production and Refining

Oil and gas condensate production increased by 10% to 26,211 thousand tonnes. Associated and natural gas production rose by 19.8% to 11,450 million m³. Refining volumes at Kazakh and Romanian refineries reached 20,980 thousand tonnes, up from 19,158 thousand tonnes in 2024.

Oil Transportation

Total oil transportation volume was stable at 83,330 thousand tonnes. Trunk pipeline transport increased by 3.3% to 72,629 thousand tonnes, driven by higher Tengiz crude volumes and increased domestic market supplies.

Polypropylene Production

Polypropylene production at the KPI plant grew by 51.4%, reaching 186.6 thousand tonnes. Sales increased by 46.5% to 180.8 thousand tonnes, with domestic sales up 71.3% and exports up 44%, mainly to Europe, Türkiye, and Russia.
