Project Completion and Expansion Plans
At the end of June 2004, Ciba Specialty Chemicals completed a 12 million project to expand its Diketo pyrrolo-pyrrole (DPP) pigments plant in Monthey, Switzerland by 20%. The company also announced plans for further expansion of DPP capacity at the Monthey site, with the project scheduled for completion by the end of 2005.
Additional Capacity in the United States
