Chimcomplex SA Borzesti has successfully completed the acquisition of assets from Oltchim SA in Ramnicu Valcea. The acquisition, worth 589,328,986.12 lei plus VAT, has been fully paid and the ownership rights over the transferred assets have been transferred as of December 8, 2018.
Chimcomplex SA Borzesti announces the successful completion of the transaction through which the assets of Oltchim SA were acquired from the platform in Ramnicu Valcea, according to active sale contract (Packages 1-5 and partially 7).
The value of the acquisition is 589,328,986.12 lei plus the corresponding VAT and was paid in full, and from December 8, 2018, the definitive transfer of the ownership right over the transferred assets was realized (Packages 1-5 and partially 7).
