Sibur (SIBUR Holding PJSC) is Russia’s largest integrated petrochemicals company, headquartered in Moscow. It processes associated petroleum gas and natural gas liquids into basic petrochemical feedstocks and manufactures polymers, elastomers, and intermediates used in packaging, construction, automotive, consumer goods, and industrial applications.

The company’s portfolio includes olefins and polyolefins (ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, polypropylene), the C4/C5 chain (butadiene, isoprene, MTBE, alkylates), synthetic rubbers and latexes, glycols, and other organic synthesis products, as well as biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. Sibur operates gas processing plants, steam crackers, and large-scale polymer facilities across Russia, notably the ZapSibNeftekhim complex in Tobolsk, one of the region’s largest polymer production sites. It supplies the domestic market and exports to the CIS and Asia, and participates in projects and joint ventures with international technology and industry partners.
