Silleno LLP is a Kazakhstan-based petrochemical joint venture focused on developing and operating a polyethylene production complex in the Atyrau region. The venture was established by KazMunayGas and SIBUR to expand polyethylene production capacity in Kazakhstan.
The planned complex includes an ethane-to-ethylene steam cracker and downstream polyethylene units, located within the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark (Special Economic Zone) in Atyrau. Silleno oversees project development, construction, and prospective operations, working with international technology licensors and engineering partners to implement modern process technologies.
