INEOS Chlor awards FEED contract for UK chlor-alkali plant
The new plant at Runcorn will use BiChlor technology to produce 400,000 tons of chlorine annually. Fluor will manage the project, collaborating with Uhde GMBH and INEOS Chlor engineers.
