Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (COOEC; 海洋石油工程股份有限公司) is a major Chinese engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contractor focused on offshore oil and gas and related energy infrastructure. Headquartered in Tianjin and part of the CNOOC group, the company delivers integrated project services from front-end engineering through fabrication, offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning.
COOEC’s capabilities span design and fabrication of jackets and topsides, subsea pipelines and umbilicals, offshore wind and subsea infrastructure, and process modules for FPSOs and other marine assets. It also fabricates large onshore modules used in refining, LNG and chemical plant projects, and provides maintenance and modification services.
