Production Overview
In the first nine months of 2025, oil and gas condensate production increased by 10% to 19,843 thousand tonnes. The production of associated and natural gas rose by 20.1% to 8,652 million m³.
Transportation and Processing
Oil transportation volumes decreased by 1.1%, totaling 62,503 thousand tonnes. Meanwhile, hydrocarbon processing at Kazakh and Romanian refineries increased by 11.7%, reaching 15,770 thousand tonnes.
Upstream Developments
Oil production at Tengiz saw a significant increase of 41.8% to 6,093 thousand tonnes, driven by the commissioning of the Third Generation Plant. Associated gas production at Tengiz also rose by 49.5% to 3,499 million m³.
Field-Specific Performance
At Kashagan, oil production decreased by 2% to 2,259 thousand tonnes due to higher gas content, while gas production remained stable. Karachaganak experienced a 3.2% increase in oil and condensate production to 823 thousand tonnes, with gas production before reinjection up by 10.8% to 1,888 million m³.
