Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) is the upstream exploration and production subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia’s national energy company. It explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and condensate, with core operations in Malaysia—predominantly offshore Sabah, Sarawak, and Peninsular Malaysia—and participation in selected international ventures.
As a production sharing contract operator and partner, Petronas Carigali manages assets across the field lifecycle from exploration to decommissioning. Its natural gas and condensate output supply Malaysia’s domestic gas network and provide key feedstocks for the country’s LNG exports and downstream petrochemical industry, including facilities associated with PETRONAS in Bintulu and other industrial hubs.
