Öresundskraft is a Swedish municipal energy company based in Helsingborg, owned by the City of Helsingborg. It operates electricity retail and distribution, district heating and cooling networks, and combined heat and power (CHP) plants, and also manages gas and broadband infrastructure serving customers in northwestern Skåne. Power and heat production are handled through its subsidiary Öresundskraft Kraft & Värme AB, which includes waste-to-energy and other thermal assets.
