Sonatrach delivers first Jet A1 to Niger under contract with SONIDEP

Deliveries
The first shipments of Jet A1 under the sale/purchase contract with SONIDEP were delivered on 15 August 2026 from Adrar refinery (RA1D) to the Nigerien market.
Contract implementation
These contractual deliveries represent the operational start of commercial cooperation between Sonatrach and SONIDEP, implementing the signed export agreement for Jet A1.
Regional strategy
Sonatrach frames the deliveries as part of efforts to strengthen relations between Algeria and Niger and to promote direct collaboration with African oil & gas companies, including those in the Sahel, to enable regular supplies of Algerian oil products to other countries in the region.
