- Own production reached 3.23 MMboed in 1Q26; total operated production was 4.65 MMboed and own pre-salt production 2.66 MMboed.
- Ten new producer wells came online (7 in Campos, 3 in Santos) and FPSOs P-78, P-79, Alexandre de Gusmão, Anna Nery and Anita Garibaldi ramped up production.
- P-78 injected first gas 61 days after start-up; P-79 mooring completed in 12 days and will process up to 180,000 bpd and compress 7.2 million m3/d, with potential to add up to 3 million m3/d to mainland supply via Rota 3.
- Refining FUT averaged 95% (97.4% in March), S10 diesel monthly record was 512,000 bpd, pre-salt feedstock share was 69%, LPG imports fell to 26,000 bpd, and contracts/trials cover S10 with 15% biodiesel, R5 tests and 24% renewable bunker.
Production overview
In 1Q26 Petrobras' own production averaged 3.23 MMboed (up 3.7% QoQ, 16.1% YoY); total operated production was 4.65 MMboed; operated pre‑salt production reached 4.01 MMboed and own pre‑salt 2.66 MMboed.
Upstream milestones
Ramp‑up of FPSOs P‑78 (Búzios), Alexandre de Gusmão (Mero), Anna Nery and Anita Garibaldi (Marlim and Voador), plus 10 new producer wells (7 Campos, 3 Santos), drove production gains; Búzios platforms hit 1.037 million bpd oil on March 20 and 12.4 million m3 gas export on March 25; Mero exceeded 700,000 bpd in a single day after adding a well; Santos platforms exported 44.8 million m3 on March 28.
P‑78 injected first gas on March 2, 61 days after start of production, supporting roughly 100 kbpd from two producer wells; P‑79 mooring completed Feb 21 in 12 days and will process up to 180,000 bpd and compress 7.2 million m3/d, with potential to add up to 3 million m3/d to mainland gas supply via the Rota 3 interconnection.
Refining, transport and sales
Total derivatives production rose 6.7% QoQ to 1,816 Mbpd; refining utilization (FUT) averaged 95% with 97.4% in March; S10 diesel monthly production hit a record 512 Mbpd (REPLAN 139, RNEST 78 Mbpd); pre‑salt share in feedstock was 69%; domestic derivatives sales were +2.9% YoY and LPG imports fell to 26 Mbpd supported by the Boaventura Energy Complex and higher refinery runs.
Logistics records included 75.8 kt LPG offloaded at Guanabara Bay, 756,000 m3 of diesel/gasoline moved via OSBRA in March and 879,000 m3 of derivatives moved via the Santos terminal—the highest since the early 2000s.
