Enilive to acquire OIL! service-station network from Prax

Transaction
Enilive Deutschland GmbH and Prax Limited have signed a binding agreement for Enilive to acquire 100% of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH. Completion of the transaction is conditional on customary regulatory approvals by the relevant authorities.
Network impact
The deal will increase Enilive’s network by approximately 320 service stations across Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland, to be integrated progressively into its existing European network of about 5,300 sites.
Retail and fuel offering
Integrated sites will combine traditional energy carriers with lower-emission options, including HVO diesel produced at Enilive’s biorefineries in Venice and Gela, currently available in around 1,700 stations. The retail offer also includes fast and ultra-fast electric-vehicle charging developed with Plenitude On The Road and convenience and food services, notably the Enilive Café format present in more than 1,200 locations, over 330 of which are in Germany.
