Prax Group Limited is a UK-based independent energy company with integrated operations across refining, trading, logistics, and fuels marketing. Headquartered in London, the group owns and operates the Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery in North Lincolnshire, a medium-sized refinery that processes crude oil into transportation fuels and industrial products. Its product slate includes gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), bitumen, and petrochemical feedstocks such as naphtha. Prax also runs storage and distribution assets and supplies fuels through wholesale channels and a retail network, including sites under the Harvest Energy brand in the UK and parts of Europe.
For the chemical value chain, Prax supplies feedstocks and intermediates used in downstream manufacturing, leveraging its refining and terminal infrastructure to serve industrial and commercial customers. The group is active in physical oil and products trading to balance supply across its network, and it provides marine bunkering services through dedicated operations. Following its acquisition of Hurricane Energy, Prax also holds upstream interests in the UK, adding domestic production to its integrated supply model.
