Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company (中国石化胜利油田分公司), commonly known as Shengli Oilfield, is the upstream unit of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) responsible for the development and operation of the Shengli Oilfield in Shandong Province’s Yellow River Delta. It manages exploration, appraisal, field development, and production of crude oil and natural gas across one of China’s largest onshore oilfields.
The company operates gathering, processing, and pipeline infrastructure, and applies reservoir management and enhanced oil recovery technologies to sustain output. Shengli Oilfield is a major contributor to Sinopec’s domestic crude supply, providing oil and associated gas that serve as feedstocks for Sinopec’s refineries and petrochemical complexes in East China. Its activities link upstream resource development with the broader refining and chemicals value chain.
