Petronas Suriname E&P B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia's PETRONAS, incorporated in the Netherlands in 2013. It conducts upstream oil and gas exploration and production activities offshore Suriname, holding interests in eight blocks including operated stakes in Blocks 52, 48, 63 and 66.

The company has recorded eight successful wells in Block 52, unlocking more than one billion barrels of oil equivalent in recoverable resources. Recent results include discoveries at Caiman-1 and Swartzia Aspasia Complex-1, plus appraisal success at Roystonea-2. The Sloanea gas field was declared commercial in November 2025, with a final investment decision targeted for late 2026. Paradise Oil Company N.V. holds minority interests in key blocks.
