Praxair to Sell European Assets to Taiyo Nippon Sanso
The sale, worth 5 billion euros, includes Praxair's industrial gases businesses in 12 countries and 2,500 employees. The deal is contingent on the Praxair-Linde merger and regulatory approvals.
