Resulting from a 2025 merger with Cerea Partners under the broader Demea Invest group, the firm emphasizes ESG integration, with 95% of portfolio companies contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly climate action. Its investments have helped avoid 12.3 million tons of CO₂ emissions as of 2024.
