In 2025, Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) made direct financial payments of $10.6 billion to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 1993, TCO's total financial contributions to Kazakhstan have reached approximately $212 billion, including taxes, royalties, and other payments.

Production and Environmental Achievements

TCO increased its crude oil production to 39 million metric tonnes in 2025, following the initiation of production at the Third-Generation Plant. The company has also reduced air emissions intensity by 78% since 2000 and completed the implementation of automatic emissions monitoring systems.

Local Content and Procurement

In 2025, TCO achieved a record 71% Kazakhstani content in its spending, driven by engagement with domestic suppliers. The share of procurement in goods with Kazakhstani registered companies increased to 15%, with notable contributions from local companies like PSI Energy and Karassay Machine-Building Plant.

Community Investments

TCO's voluntary social infrastructure program, EGILIK, included the construction of a new Health and Fitness Center in Zhanatalap village and donations of ambulances and medical equipment to Atyrau Oblast.
