Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. and Asahi Kasei Advance Corporation will merge to form TA Frontier, with the new company scheduled to be established on October 1, 2026.

Ownership

Teijin Limited will hold an 80% stake in TA Frontier and Asahi Kasei will hold a 20% share.

Operations

The combined business will cover apparel textiles, industrial materials, building materials and resin products, bringing together materials-related technologies and marketing capabilities from both firms.
