TA Frontier Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company formed through the merger of Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. and Asahi Kasei Advance Corporation, scheduled for October 1, 2026.
Teijin Limited holds an 80% stake in the new entity, while Asahi Kasei holds the remaining 20%. The combined operations will encompass apparel textiles, industrial materials, building materials, and resin products.
