TECNIMONT Partners with Argent LNG for Louisiana Export Facility

Project Overview

TECNIMONT has signed a term sheet with Argent LNG to participate as an integrated engineering service provider in a 25 MTPA LNG project in Louisiana, marking its strategic entry into the global LNG market. The project is located in Port Fourchon, a strategically hurricane-resilient energy hub in the United States.

Engineering and Development

TECNIMONT will integrate advanced OEM technologies across engineering, FERC permitting, and FEED development, with contracts expected to be finalized soon. This collaboration aims to create a platform for innovation, linking Italian and American expertise to build resilient, scalable, and repeatable LNG infrastructures.

Modular Platform

The Argent LNG and TECNIMONT modular platform is designed to be fully replicable, scalable, and financeable, enabling rapid and predictable responses to global LNG demand. Each module is optimized for constructability, transportability, and integration with proven OEM technologies, enhancing execution certainty and reducing interface risk.

Strategic Alignment

TECNIMONT and Argent LNG establish a long-term alignment across engineering and project development as the project advances through FERC permitting and FEED, supporting the final investment decision.
