Ownership and Rebranding

Post-acquisition, Sumitomo Corporation will hold a 37.505% stake in the newly named Sumisho Air Lease Corporation. SMBC Aviation Capital will manage the majority of the fleet, expanding its serviced aircraft portfolio.
