SPIE appoints Markus Holzke Group CEO and updates executive committee

Executive changes

Markus Holzke has been appointed CEO of the SPIE Group; Rainer Hollang succeeds him as CEO of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria. These moves follow the entry into force of governance changes unveiled in March 2026.

Effective dates

Holzke’s appointment was announced on March 6, 2026 and took effect at the end of the annual shareholders’ meeting on April 30, 2026.
