SPIE appoints Markus Holzke Group CEO and updates executive committee
- Markus Holzke named CEO of SPIE Group, appointment effective after the April 30, 2026 AGM.
- Rainer Hollang appointed CEO of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria to succeed Holzke.
- Executive committee now comprises 11 members including Markus Holzke, Christophe Bernhart, Rainer Hollang, Pablo Ibáñez, Isabelle Lambert, Pascal Lekeu, Evert Lemmen, Lukasz Nowiński, Arnaud Tirmarche, Jérôme Vanhove and Séverine Walser.
Executive changes
Markus Holzke has been appointed CEO of the SPIE Group; Rainer Hollang succeeds him as CEO of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria. These moves follow the entry into force of governance changes unveiled in March 2026.
Effective dates
Holzke’s appointment was announced on March 6, 2026 and took effect at the end of the annual shareholders’ meeting on April 30, 2026.
