Preservation Solutions
Neolone PH Max, a preservative solution, combines phenoxyethanol with a naturally derived active ingredient, offering broad-spectrum protection against bacteria and fungi. Neolone BioG Preservative, derived from sugar beets and corn, provides protection against bacteria, yeasts, and molds.
Sustainable Products
Purox S Scopeblue, a sodium benzoate, is manufactured using green energy and renewable raw materials, making it nearly climate-neutral. It effectively inhibits microbial growth in personal care products.
Aroma Chemicals
LANXESS offers highly pure, nature-identical aroma chemicals in floral, earthy, spicy, and fruity classes. These are used in perfumes and personal care products, with Scopeblue alternatives available.
Insect Repellent
Saltidin, offered by LANXESS subsidiary Saltigo, is a safe and effective active ingredient for insect repellent products. It is recommended by the WHO for preventing diseases like malaria and dengue.
Production and Sustainability
LANXESS operates five production sites for its fragrance and flavor chemicals, all certified according to ISCC PLUS. The sites use the mass balance method to reduce carbon footprint while maintaining product quality.
