Strategic Partnership with Draslovka

Altris has formed a significant partnership with Czech specialty chemicals group Draslovka, involving a €19.3 million in-kind investment. This collaboration will convert an existing production line at Draslovka's Kolín facility to manufacture Altris' sodium-ion cathode active material (CAM). The line is expected to produce up to 350 tonnes of CAM annually, equivalent to around 175 MWh of sodium-ion cell capacity, with production starting in late 2026.

Collaboration with Clarios

Altris has strengthened its relationship with Clarios, a global leader in advanced low-voltage battery solutions. The expanded partnership includes a Joint Development Agreement focused on sodium-ion technology for automotive applications. This collaboration involves increased equity investment, joint development and validation activities, and preparation for industrial-scale production.

Global Recognition

Altris has been recognized in the 2026 Global Cleantech 100, highlighting its progress and the relevance of sodium-ion technology as a complementary battery chemistry. This recognition underscores the importance of building European-controlled value chains that can scale responsibly over time.

Industrial Progress

These developments mark Altris' transition from technology development to industrial execution, supported by strategic investors and committed partners. The company's efforts are contributing to a more resilient European battery ecosystem, essential for Europe's transition to net zero.
