Höegh Evi Ltd. is a Bermuda-headquartered provider of floating energy infrastructure. The company owns and operates floating storage and regasification units and LNG import terminals.
Formerly Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd., it rebranded in September 2024. It is developing the Zeeland Energy Terminal, a floating LNG facility in the Vlissingen-Oost port area of the Netherlands, planned for operational start in the third quarter of 2029 pending permits.
Ownership is held through Larus Holding Limited in a joint venture structure, with a 50% stake transfer from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners funds to Igneo Infrastructure Partners expected to close in the first half of 2025. The company is also pursuing floating solutions for ammonia, hydrogen and carbon transport and storage.
