Enery Development GmbH is an Austrian renewable energy company headquartered in Vienna. It focuses on the acquisition, development, construction, and operation of large-scale solar photovoltaic plants and battery storage projects primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. The company was founded in 2019 and has a majority stake held by 3SIIF since 2021. In 2025, it established a 50-50 joint venture with OMV Petrom through Dunav Solar Plant OOD to develop the Gabare solar project in Bulgaria, featuring approximately 400 MW of photovoltaic capacity and integrated battery storage.
