Engineers India Limited (EIL) is an Indian public sector engineering consultancy and project management company founded in 1965. Headquartered in New Delhi, it provides engineering, procurement, and construction management services primarily for the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. The Government of India owns 51.32 percent of the company, which operates as a Navratna public sector undertaking with more than 2,600 employees and regional offices across India. In January 2026, EIL was awarded a USD 350 million EPCM contract by Dangote and is considered a leading candidate for front-end engineering design work on the proposed Lamu refinery project in Kenya.
