About DeltaNor

DeltaNor B.V. is a Dutch company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Perpetual Next, focused on the development of a biomethanol production facility in Farmsum, part of the Eemsdelta industrial area in Delfzijl, Netherlands.

The planned plant will have an annual production capacity of 220,000 tonnes of biomethanol, produced by gasifying biocarbon derived from organic waste streams via torrefaction in the adjacent DeltaTorr facility. This follows Perpetual Next's standardized biomethanol blueprint, utilizing proven entrained flow gasification technology to convert biogenic carbon into a sustainable alternative to fossil methanol.

Perpetual Next has selected JPB Logistics as its preferred partner for storage and handling, targeting 21,000–35,000 m³ capacity with inbound pipeline, outbound barge logistics, and truck backup. The partnership is pending final investment decision, project execution, and commercial terms.

The project supports low-carbon solutions for the chemical and maritime industries by recycling biogenic residues and reducing CO₂ emissions.
