Compañía Española de Seguros de Crédito a la Exportación, S.A. (Cesce) is Spain’s export credit and trade credit insurance group. It acts as the country’s official export credit agency (ECA), managing state-backed medium and long‑term export credit and investment insurance on behalf of the Spanish State, and also provides private-market short‑term trade credit insurance.

Cesce helps companies manage and finance receivables and country/credit risk linked to domestic and international trade. Its activities include credit insurance, risk assessment and debtor information services (through group companies such as Informa D&B), and solutions that facilitate access to working capital in partnership with financial institutions. The group operates primarily in Spain and has a presence in several Latin American markets, supporting exporters and suppliers across industrial sectors, including chemicals, with tools to mitigate non‑payment risk and enable safer cross‑border transactions.
