Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş.

The project encompasses a licensed area of approximately 9,239 hectares and holds significant resources of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc. A 2024 UMREK-2023 compliant resource report estimates 1,211,084 ounces of gold, 40,017,230 ounces of silver, 123,156 tons of copper, 401,833 tons of lead, and 585,694 tons of zinc, with a total gold equivalent of about 3.465 million ounces, based on exploration covering roughly 10% of the license area.

Established in June 2005 as the Turkish subsidiary of Canada-based Aldridge Minerals Inc. under the name Aldridge Mineral Madencilik Ltd. Şti., the company changed its legal structure to A.Ş. in 2022. Ownership evolved with the 2018 acquisition of the parent by Virtus Mining Ltd. (Netherlands), followed by share transfers in 2019. In 2024, CVK Madencilik acquired 70% of Virtus, transferring management and control to the Turkish group. Aldridge is now a subsidiary of CVK Madencilik, a publicly listed Turkish mining company with operations in chrome and other metals.

Headquartered in Ankara (with recent relocation considerations to Istanbul), the company has advanced the project through drilling, permitting, and equipment procurement, including a 2026 agreement with Metso for approximately EUR 25 million in processing equipment. It is positioning the Yenipazar project for production, contributing to Türkiye's polymetallic mining sector and supply of critical minerals.
