The acquisition will enhance advanced mechanical recycling, expanding the Versalis Revive® range and supporting the Porto Marghera plant's transformation with a 20,000-ton annual capacity.

The new facility uses MoReTec technology to recycle plastic waste into feedstock for new materials, supporting sustainability and circular economy goals. It processes 5-10 kg of waste per hour.

Recycl-IN polymers combine up to 50% recycled plastic with virgin polymers, maintaining performance for non-food applications. Available Q4 2019, with range expansion in 2020.
