Project Overview

Nayara Energy has selected Univation's UNIPOL™ PE Process Technology for a new polyethylene production line in Vadinar, Gujarat, India. The plant will have a capacity of 650,000 tonnes per annum, focusing on linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to cater to the Indian market.

Economic Advantages

The UNIPOL™ PE Process is chosen for its low capital and operating expenses, which enhance production economics. This cost-effective design reduces the total cost of ownership while maintaining high operational performance.

Production Flexibility

The process offers versatility across a wide range of polyethylene grades, allowing Nayara Energy to adapt to changing market demands. This flexibility supports both specialty and large-volume end-use applications.

Technical Support

Univation will provide comprehensive technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including guidance during design and construction, support during plant commissioning, and assistance for a safe and efficient start-up.

Advanced Process Control

Univation's PREMIER™ APC+ 3.0 Advanced Process Control Platform will be integrated into the new production line. This system optimizes raw material yields, enhances operational performance, and ensures efficient transitions between different PE resin grades, contributing to improved operational metrics.
