TECNIMONT and Baker Hughes have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore cooperation on modularized, scalable liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects globally. This non-exclusive agreement aims to evaluate participation in future LNG tenders using Baker Hughes’ NMBL™ LNG modular solution.

The collaboration will assess project requirements and scopes of work to determine suitable cooperation models. The focus is on providing next-generation LNG solutions by combining TECNIMONT’s expertise in executing complex EPC projects with Baker Hughes’s advanced gas liquefaction and power generation solutions.
