Transaction closure
Essen, 1 April 2026 — RWE and Aneo closed the transaction announced in January under which Aneo acquired RWE’s former Swedish wind activities.
Assets transferred
The sale includes a 1.8 GW onshore wind development pipeline, 124 MW of operational onshore wind farms and the 48 MW Karehamn offshore wind farm, plus a third-party onshore service business.
People and operations
The transfer also covered the development, operations and offshore teams assigned to the projects and assets included in the transaction.
