Production and Operations

In Q3 2025, PureCycle's Ironton Facility achieved a record production of 7.2 million pounds of pellets, nearly matching the output of the first half of the year. The company plans to complete the installation of Ironton compounding operations by year-end, which will enable the production of approximately 100 million pounds of single-pellet solutions annually. This development is expected to reduce production costs and streamline supply chain operations.

Commercial Developments

PureCycle finalized its PureFive™ product portfolio, offering solutions for food-grade flexible film, thermoforming, injection molding, and textile applications. The company is progressing with sales pipelines involving top converters and brand owners, including Fortune 100 companies. Notably, shipments of PureFive™ resin for a top five global quick service restaurant are expected in Q4 2025. The Thailand project is advancing, with key feedstock Letters of Intent signed for over 100 million pounds annually, targeting mechanical completion in 2027. The final engineering of PureCycle's first Gen-2 purification design is expected by the first half of 2026, with annual capacity projected between 300 million and 500 million pounds. Financially, PureCycle's Q3 2025 revenue reached approximately $2.4 million. In Europe, the company's €40 million grant application from the Innovation Fund has been accepted, with construction anticipated to start after permit approvals.
