EU REACH Certification
PureCycle Technologies has received the REACH Certificate of Compliance, enabling the sale of its PureFive™ resin in the European Union. This certification ensures that the materials comply with the EU's regulatory standards for human health and environmental protection.
Regulatory Requirements
Under EU REACH regulations, any substance used in product manufacturing must be registered if production exceeds one ton per year. This requirement also applies to Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
European Expansion Plans
