PGNiG is transitioning to the ORLEN brand, with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny changing its name to myORLEN. This rebranding aims to unify energy services and enhance the ORLEN VITAY platform into a super app.
Customer Impact
Existing customers need not take any action as contracts, payment methods, and contact channels remain unchanged. Customer Service Offices will continue operating under the ORLEN brand.
Timeline and Launch
Customers will experience the full effects of these changes by 27 January 2026, coinciding with the launch of the myorlen.pl website, which will centralize key information.

The ORLEN VITAY app is evolving to integrate services like Energa Obrót’s eBOK, ORLEN Pay, and ORLEN Charge, focusing on user convenience and expanding the benefits ecosystem.
Information Campaign
An information campaign will commence on 28 January, utilizing postal, email, television, outdoor advertising, and online channels to inform customers about the rebranding.
