Date: 27.03.2026. Rompetrol Rafinare completed the mechanical works of the planned turnaround at Petromidia Năvodari and Vega Ploieşti; the refineries will return to optimal capacity in staged steps under applicable safety and workplace security standards.

The turnaround included more than 700 maintenance tasks, catalyst replacement in six main units, checks on about 900 pieces of equipment (static, dynamic and electrical), and inspections and testing of nearly 1,200 pipelines.
